      With the under K setup i have , i dynoed 288wrhp at 7 psi, thats with some oil leaks at the oil pressure sensor and had the wastegate hooked up wrong. Dont remember the torque, so 10 psi should be over 300wrhp, this time ill have everything fine tuned when i dyno again with the new setup. Was just too low with the under k setup. Plus the leak i have is where the oil pressure sensor is, threads are messed up, tried fixing it but didnt work, so i have a new housing im going to install when i do the double roller timing chain. St5 cam will have to wait, im thinking of getting the alm. heads from zzp now since i saved on the turbo headers. Will see though got to convince my mechanic to do the work. Hes good but picky on what he works on.

          Install shouldn't be too hard, I got a email to Jet Hot to see how much coating them is going to cost.

            Just got a response from Jet Hot, $700 for the headers and $200 for the Y pipe, yikes! I didn't know it was so expensive, thats for 2500 degrees coating. Might wait a few months.

              They say it does delete the A/C, just got a email. Should get it Friday .

                  Doesnt look too bad, their turbo is actually bigger than my gt35r so thats good, mine should fit then, checked the O2 Bungs they work fine and put a gasket up to the mounting holes, they line up. Their pretty light , thought they would be heavier.

                    Their turbo that comes with the kit is a T70 with a .68 AR, also a T4 flange. Wastgate is tiny compared to my Tial 38mm wastegate. Thats about it.

                      Wow Steve. That's actually really nice. The welds are nice and clean. Man, I'm having second thoughts now. It it weren't for that AC delete. I wonder how the whole kit would be.

                        Yeah, doesn't look bad, when I go to install it , ill see if the a/c can be kept. Not much else to the kit just intercooler and piping and their tiny intercooler, which you can get a big one like I did for $150-$200. Then just silicon connectors. My down pipe should work so if I delete the A/C ill route the 3" pipe back to my exhaust . Also picked up some 2000 degree clear paint to coat the headers, im not paying $900 to coat them in 2500 degree coating thats crazy.lol

                          Got the turbo clocked, looks like the t3 to t4 adapter will work. Just dont know height wise whether it will hit but their t70 turbo is alittle bigger so im thinking it will. Had to move the center housing a tiny bit since the return line was hitting the flange.

                              I bought mine for $575 and they raised it to $625, Looks like they sold 8 so far , thats 8 potential new members.lol If I get around to it ill mock it up, just taking off the headers and putting on the turbo ones will be a challenge for me with my bad back so it will be awhile yet.

                                Also I was looking at different maf setups in case i take it up to 15psi, seems the mafs cut the fuel in half when maxed, but i thought Hptuners changed the values for 97' pcms will have to find out, when i get there, buying a ls1 maf and copying the values is no big deal. I guess thats why Cartunning sells the ls1 maf in their kits.
