    well timing is computer controlled, but it could be wired wrong, then it would backfire real bad.

        check plug wires, then check compression, then check fuel. a good way to make sure that you have pressure is to turn the car on for about five seconds, turn it off, then push in on the check valve on the fuel rail. any other questions, just ask.

        oh, and a haynes manual is nice. chiltons suck, dont get one.

            yeah ive alreadt got a haynes manual, the guy said the plugs & wires r new.

            on the battery, i wil charge it up when i bring the car home!

              i didnt think to ask the guy how long the car has been sitting, but i will tuesday, the fuel pump may be gelled-up couldnt it?

                listen for it to prime when you turn the key on, before you start it. you will hear it whirring.

                    At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
                    Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
