Yes, it will work with that kit. With the 3 port N2O solenoid you will not need the blue 4AN adapter that comes with the purge kit.

got the kit in the mail today. Wish I had the money to finish it all up. Anyone want to donate to the mod car broke fund?

                  Re: Nitrous

Yeah, you need the -6 bottle nut, then the filter is stepped down on the output side to -4. You need a heater, LONG before you need a filter.

Also, I'd be leery of putting spray on a 170k mile engine, especially if it's you're daily driver. That's just asking for problems.

Can I have some of the crack you smoke? $1500-2000 for an LS1 swap with a NEW trans? Even if you're paying with Euros, that's not even close.

                    Re: Nitrous

Around here you can go to the auctions and get a whole car for that. But i am not installing the nitrous until I have everything. All I have left is the filter, heater and switch mount for ashtray.

I am not to worried about the motor as I also have a truck to drive. I drive 70 miles a day to and from college so I am putting alot of miles on the car everyday.

On a side note. To have a clean install has anyone ever made brackets for the soleniods to actually attatch to a strut tower brace? And then the lines be ran to the throttle body and fuel rail?

I am about to do the !wire mod in the engine bay and wanting a clean look everywhere.

Shoot me a link to an auction with a clean LS1 car with a NEW trans for under $2k and I'll buy 10 of them right now. Doesn't exist. Wanna know how I know? I've got a wrecked 99 in my garage right now and more than $2k tied up in it. Little swap parts will always bite you in the ***.

As far as a solenoid bracket, Nitro Dave might have something, but I've always fabbed my own.

Again, I wouldn't spray that car. Not worth the problems at that many miles, and it already sounds like you're on a shoestring budget. Better hit car-parts.com and start pricing out used 3800's. Cause you're gonna need it.

dude where do you get i am on a tight budget(just untill grass season). I am buying parts for the summer build. We aren't even close to summer. Once grass starts growing in florida I will be rolling in plenty of money. I must have messed up with the new trans. But they have auctions where you go bid on wrecked cars here that are for salvage only. Can't rebuild the car for the road. All you have to do is go get a license which isn't expensive here and my god father has one. Sorry but I guess you don't know. Also I am most likely going to cam this and put the nitrous on it and be done with it. Thats it. Its not like you can't fix anything that breaks. My god father owns his own shop and he does everything I want him to help me do.
