    its blown to hell. pretty much the best explanation i can give.

    it started out with a small leak, and now the whole gasket is blown out.

      ok yea i don't know why but I thought I remembered installing the 02 sims on the front sensors, it was really the rear 2 it's been awhile since I did it.

      I would just buy the 02 sim throw it on and see if it clears up, it seems like it's a typical thing when you upgrade the headers, then maybe start replacing o2 sensors if still need be.

        if your tuned to run fairly rich you will burn out o2's preaty quick

          yep and burn through cats as well. especially cheap aftermarket converters.

              headers mess with air/fuel if u don't tune for them. coolant will also kill O2 sensors(trust me). just replace the front sensors, and tune for the headers. have a shop like Midas replace ur cat. tell them just to match the inlet/outlet diameter to the rest of the exhaust. they will put in a metal catalyst that will last longer and clean better for smog.
