on the site they look square, zooomer didnt know either.
im not worried about the header one, although im not sure if "I" can weld that myself.
but the plate solves the hole in the intake right?
got some jb weld and the one screw should hold it- \"So you have something to look at when you\'re talking to \'em\" - <br /> <a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/view_page.pl?page_id=296916\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/view_page.pl?page_id=296916</a>

I'm tempted to take that driver's side off since I have a leak there and have the egr "tube" cut off and the headers molded smooth. Since that "tube" is worthless.00\' firebird v6 5spd<br />201rwhp ---- 230 rwtq<br />\"Everyday I grow stronger...and further from you.\"<br />WARNING: Do not take any of my comments seriously unless they are technical in nature and then only at your own risk

oops i guess i shoulda specified. weld the end of the tubes shut, if you're gonna be leaving the egr unit on the car...we have visual roadside emissions inspections here. so you'd disable it, while still passing a visual.
weld the header/manifold and intake shut if you're removing the egr itself. cheaper & faster to do that yourself, if you happen to have a TIG welder in the garage like myself. plus you could grind down & smooth the welded surfaces..make it look nicer than a block off plate, if you're into that.

Building the Tom Henry RS
Part 4: Suspension Mods, Tires, Wheels, Headers and other Cool Stuff.
By: Hib Halverson
At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...02-07-2020, 10:30 PM
