I had the same problem with a broken bolt on my driver side, it has been leaking since. The only option I have is to drill it and retap it. I dont have any of the bolt sticking out, its compeltly inside.

I have one on the driver's side where my stock manifolds was leaking and caused the bolt to snap real easy. Mine I can weld a nut to it and get it out I just don't have the money to get it done. Also one of the main reasons the EGR leaks is because the piping doesn't fit into the hole that pacesetter allowed for it. EGR Sim here I come when I get some more money.

Just use some copper sealant around the EGR tube. Thats what I did and it hasn't leaked since.

hey speedyv6 where did you get the copper sealant from? Will RTV work on the EGR?

Napa or Autozone...it has to be high temp sealant...so I recommend only copper.
