if you want loud and legal, go with a high flow cat and nothing after it.

no cat or a highflow cat the are the same...if tested it with airflow meters in shops before ...and got the same results......save yourself the hassel and go with the high flow cat......and you will pass emissions as well

i love my exaust, today afteri got home, my neighbor came over to my house and asked my if i swaped in a v8. and he has a fairly tricked 02 GT, so it must sound decent,

but on the other note,
when going for loud exaust, less is better, so open heads are going to be the loudest, but for legal, headers and 3in all the way back would be the best imho

thinking of this just reminded me of my friends dads truck, it has like a 550 and runs open headers, he started it up one day to work on it and we were playing basket ball and couldn't hear eachother talk, that ***** was loud

I think that is the carbon monoxide.

Loud is fun on the weekends and showboating around. But when you gotta drive 50 miles a day to school and back then work and back and around town, it gets old fast. Expecially when you wanna have a convo with the girlfriend, or trying to hear the traffic report. Mabye Im just getting old, but I am only 20

With just the loudmouth catback, I'm loving the sound. It is very LOUD. Sounds nice and meaty all the way up to about 2800 - 3000 RPM. The only time it really bothers me is when I'm driving when I'm tired, or driving with a hangover.

I can't hear passengers in the backseats too well, either...
