ok guys, i've been looking up the parts that you suggested and totaling up the prices. Here's what I have so far, tell me if you think I have any mistakes.

Holley PowerShot Air Filter, 1998-2002 LS1 & 3.8L V6 Camaro/Firebird - $46.95
http://www.lmperformance.com/1620/13.html

Fast Toys V6/LS1 Ram Air System - $169.99
(do I need the $28 ram air plate in my car?)
http://www.fasttoys.net/9398fbodyinduc.html

Whisper Cold-Air Induction Lid, 1999-2002 3.8L V6 F-body - $130.95
http://www.lmperformance.com/1617/13.html

BMR Shock tower brace, 1993-2002 V6 all. 1993-1997 SS model only - $84.95
http://www.lmperformance.com/521/13.html

I couldn't find what was suggested at slponline.com, but I found another place that had a few that looked ok.

B&B TRI-FLO Camaro Twin Tips 1998-2001 3.8 V6
http://www.lmperformance.com/965/13.html

all equaling out to a total of *gasp* $1,017.83. How ironic, they put the price of everything in bright red lettering (red ink ;) )

That doesn't include installation on the exhaust system (from what i've been told, around another $200.)

Now i've got the decision of what priority everything is. What do you guys think should go in first, second, etc. Because I sure know i'm not gonna be getting a spare $1k+ in the next months.

Do your intake and exhaust at the same time, my opinion.

For the muffler, get dynomax superturbo, jacks ur hps 20% and gives a pretty good idle and insainly saticfieing sound when u floor it. That will run you about 180 with installation. For airintake get the wisper lid, and SLP ramair. Good place to buy the intake stuff is http://www.thunderracing.com/index.c...tegoryid=1119. Everything that I said is about 400 bucks all togethor and should make ur car very nice :D . The ram-air and and wisperlid are just bolts ons. Anybody can do it! But the muffler I would definatley take to a shop to have put in, there is welding. You may hear stuff that dynomax is not loud enough, but ur only running a v6 not the v8. The dynomax is for hps gains not sound.

I just got another idea. If I add a manual fan later on will it affect anything? or is it pretty much just wiring to the fans that are already there so that I can turn them on and off @ will?

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
