    on a dry clean street, wheels straight, my car wont even come close to spinning tires.

      they made a change sometime cause my friend had traction control on his 2000 and my 97 only has a light that tell you when you lose traction...

          not sure... from what I understand is traction control on v6s is wierd its a 3 channel TCS instead of a 4 channel like v8s...


          The "low trac" light is with the abs... just telling you the wheel sensors are registering different speeds. Like if the rear or any other wheels were spinning.


          IMO if you just bought the car, I'd do this regardless...

          -seafoam
          -fuel filter
          -plugs
          -wires w/ heat sheething
          -flush the motor on oil change

              At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
              Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
