no it wont fit your 3.4, your engine is a 60*, which is set up differently lso. YOu could make it work, but imo, i'd get one of white's kitsCar expresses who you are. the engine itself is completely different. I think what you are talking about with the intake pipe is on the early 3.8s, meaning the ones with the angled tbs. I believe it's the routing for the piping. I'm not sure, but white should be able tot ell you more.
