        so would a t3t4 or t4 turbo be better for me since i only wont to push 300 horses at the most and i would be putting it at 250 just for daily driver

          and i have been thinking about doing a liquid to air under the hood with its own like fluid bin so i dont use collent from the engine

                I would go with the GT35.

                      but see the the gt35 are oil and water and i just wonts a oild cooled so what the next best

                        If your in hot weather, having water cooling is the best so the oil doesn't coke up in the turbo. I rasied my front with QA-1 adj. shocks, the rear I used qa-1 shocks with 1LE springs in the rear. Anti surge don't know might just search that one.

                                every turbo uses oil....not so much as to cool as it needs it for a lubricant for the bearings. sounds like you need to do more googling
