To change the valvesprings, you have to take off the rockers, engine lift brackets (have fun with the passenger side ;) ) and ICM/coil packs as well. Other than that, there is nothing else to remove.
still, im not talking about them, im saying how do you make the lower intake mani gasket stay in place....I think there are notches on the heads tho now that i think about it.
so...can anyone give me a good website for finding valve springs and rockers?
I'm looking for ones that will give me the best performance without any other engine internal upgrades...(I have to change my valve cover gaskets so might as well do what I can while I'm in there...)
Time for a noobish question now, but i don't know jack about the engine internals really: What good does replacing the valve springs (and rockers, etc.) do?
