over the summer I gave my car a total strip, replaced the entire front clip, and repainted it

I also added a flip down license plate bracket, power locks and a power hatch that is controlled by a remote on my key chain, and upgraded the seats and door panels

I also put on new pedals, new parking lights, side marker lights, new rectangular exhaust tips, outer window sweeps, new door handles, and a factory radio with an MP3 input

Wow You did great work on that thirdgen.. Alot of little things that you did to make an impressive third gen. Too bad you dont live closer so you could show me how to paint mine... Thats all mine needs..clear coats fallin off on the front clip.

Thanks!!! I really do appeciate it. Yours looks stunning though, i love what you did with the upper intake.. i tried polishing it but it was a lost cause...lol.. but it turned out nice black. here are a few pics.. i did the lower intake too. The first pic is just when i started taking off the crappy alluminum and i fixed that little rust spot on the fire wall.. only rust on the car you could see, not bad for 20 years old... but i think the black goes well with the engine bay.

it took days of filing, sanding with all kids of grits of paper, then finally polishing it with a wheel to get it that way.

Someday I might tackle a intake from a 3.1 like yours, but I have to get my hands on one first

well it should actually be easier on a 3.1 since there is not emblem on it unlike yours...the 2.8 emblem Yours looks sweet though.. like the polished throttle body too.. what grits of sand did you use on the TB?
