    It's all good, I can take it.

    ...and we jogged to the gym. It was right there on campus. Well, until some football player dropped a large barbell and cracked the floor. Then they shut the gym down, and we had to drive to World's for a semester.

        ok. guys im back,,i lost weight when i stopped use sugar too much,and also left the food high in simple carbs,i only eat complex carb to mantain energy.protein,creatine ester,vitamins and minrals are daily,workout 5 per week,, dont drink sodas,if you do ,do it like me,half soda half water,tastes bad,but it stops the cravings......couples of weeks more,,i will have abs,yupieeeeee!!!! i just kissed my dream girl today btw! so nasty,but loved it!!!

                  it seems to work, a kid i kno who fights UFC gave me that workout

                  Get off that treadmill if possible. There's nothing like pounding the pavement in a good pair of running shoes. The treadmill, nor the exercise from, can't compare.

                      So I'm bringing this thread up because I'm upset

                      I just went through a Cutting stage in my routine and started to bulk up a little more last monday...well last night I took measurements and im not where i thought i was....:mad:

                      Height: 5'9"
                      Weight: 171.8Lbs
                      Age: 19
                      Waist: 33
                      Chest: 42.5
                      Arms: 14L/14.5R <-----WTF!!!
                      BF%: 13.2
                      BMI: 26.6

                      I'll Post up my Routine here soon. And my supps. buts its alot so bare with me!:eek:

                        Monday: Chest&Tri's (Max 305)
                        Flat,Incline,Incline DB Flys,Cable Flys

                        Tuesday: Legs (Max 415ish)
                        Squat,Press,Extentions,Curls,Standing&Seated calf raises (I throw up on this day usually)

                        Wednesday: Yoga (Yea Yoga!)

                        Thursday:Back & Forearms
                        Chinups,BB rows(middle),Lateral Pull Down, Cables rows(lower), Back extentions, Db rows(upper)

                        Friday: Shoulders (ouch! Bad shoulders!)(Max 200)
                        Military press,lat raises,bent over lat raises, Front shoulder press.

                        Saturday:Cardio 1hr

                        Sunday: Cardio 1hr
