money being no object and i could afford the gas/insurance i would probably drive a 'vette (z06 of course). yeah its practical for my daily drive. its about 30 miles roundtrip. i could haul whatever i needed in the trunk easily. it wouldn't be much different than the 'bird. i dont care much for foreign cars (no matter how fast) but i would willing to consider a viper although i understand its a bit short on creature comforts (like a/c which is useful around here at times).

i dont need 4 doors for my commute. i am not running a carpool.

I voted M3, they're hot freakin cars. It's what I'd like to have as my daily if I get fairly well off financially. Although the Maserati's are awfully dang nice also, 390hp made by ferrari; sounds like a daily driven dream everyday

naw I would a Viper but since you are talking about sedans I would just get a GTO. You know, to keep it simple.
Viper as a daily driver? Ever sat in a Viper?

I think I can stretch my legs easier sitting inside a can of soup.

I'll break from the norm here and say a nice low mileage 87 GNX. I have always loved those cars so.

only thing is having a black car as a daily driver can be a little frustrating with trying to keep it clean

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
