LsXtreme Performance. It's a newish company in TX that is making headers, non/catted y-pipes, and non/catted true duals. They're really well made but he's selling them for $270 which is crazy obviously for stainless headers. So naturally, they got super backed up and I had to wait two months for these. I ordered the headers and duals on May 25 and got the headers July 24. I still don't have the TD's but a full exhaust for under $700 that includes stainless headers and ceramic coated duals is something to wait for.

Nice, just looks like the collectors are small at the merge.

I drove an LS1 car last night. I've changed my mind and I may consider doing the swap in the future.;)

I hadn't driven one till we came home with the donor T/A and I drove that around. Actually, that was also the first time I'd driven a stick. Yeah, I taught myself how to drive a stick in a wrecked car lol.

Update: Almost ready to put the engine back in. Either tomorrow or tonight! I put the headers on the engine. Damn it looks good.

man i need to find a donor car to make life easier, of course everything around here is a damn v6 so that does me no good. maybe i can just run someone off the road and offer to buy whats left lol.

i just found a guy selling a complete never used ls1 turbo kit for 1100 bucks, i dont think it'll sell soon since he's in iraq so i figure i need to get this damn thing rolling in the next few months.

Things are kind of backwards where I live. Its hard enough to find a 3.8 Car to drive let alone an LSX car. I still wanna test drive an LT1 TransAm, its something I've wanted since the 90's.

Plus it doesn't help when dealerships are asses and won't let you drive **** unless your gonna buy the car.

I barley got away with driving the Z28 cause I mentioned if I liked it ill gladly give him my V6 + cash.

But I changed my mind and said this car sucks. But boy I wouldn't mind having an LS1 under the hood of my car, I've been searching for an LS1 donor car. Id love to run an LS1 with my blue rims just piss everyone off.

I can't wait to get a shot with an LS3 vette. I remember getting the butterfiles over an L98 vette when I test drove it :P It might very well be the slowest vette made but it was fun to drive.

The L98 vette I drove blew my mind and almost killed me but I LOVE the way vettes put the power to the ground.
