  • Junkyard lied about vehicle ECU

I carfaxed the ecu vin # since the junkyard supplied it on the invoice. It is a 1997 buick park avenue ecu. Should I return it, or can i still change values in tables to match a camaro manual tune? How much would be different?

    This sucks

I *****ed and threw in a cuss word after a couple minutes, and he made a compromise. Exchanged it for a 1997 camaro ecu that he is picking up tomorrow. Said he was going to be out where it is coming from. He is paying 50.00, I paid 75.00, but with the distance he is getting it from its not worth arguing over the price too, ha.

At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
