Im thinking about putting nitrous on my car. I was wonder what the best kit is for starting out and the least harmful to my engine. If i were to get a kit installed and used it right is there a possibility of screwing my engine or not??

There is always a chance. I have 65K on my engine. I change the oil every 2500-3000 miles. I had no problem with the nitrous. The NOS 5175 kit was very easy to install, but it may not be the safest. A "wet" kit such as the NX kit might be safer, it depends on if you are doing it your self or not.
I give the NOS 5175 a BIG 1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

There is never a 100% guarentee with nitrous.
you could destroy your engine.
You might want to try a search because this question is asked many times.
