i have a 98 3.8L with 71000 mi, and a brand new head gasket, bosh play +4's, and the NX wet kit, what kind of shot should I be able to run with out any problems or having to adjust the timing.

btw... how do you adjust the timing?

Timing needs to be adjusted by a MSD ignition or some kind of timing retard. You cant do it to the stock computer. You shouldnt be running BOSCH plat+4's with nitrous. YOu want a colder plug with a smaller gap, like the NGK TR6's gapped at .035. I run 75 HP with my motor, I will soon bump it to 100, but All motors are different. Be carefull. IF the car tells you it dont like it then stop and take a step backward to a smaller shot.

      Brand new head gasket?
      Why?
      Both replaced or just one?
Plugs have to go, ngk tr6's gapped at 0.035
I'm not going to suggest any power level until you get a chance to explain the head gasket thing first

one of the head gaskets went at about 50XXX mi and both were repalced. no damage done, i always check my oil level and cap before i start the car, and one day i noticed a little moister, so i had it checked out, and it was a head gasket. and would the bosh copper plugs be ok
