ok well i have done a search here for the sneaky pete nitrous system, and alot of you say its a waste, and a lot of you say its good. what about the cold hard facts? im lookin for a relatively inexpensive nitrous kit that can help me stomp the average 5.0, which seem to constantly find me out on the street and kick my *** . do you people recommend any other mods if the shots are only gonna be 30's?

What are you going to do with a 25-35 hp shot and a 1 pound bottle?
Nothing.
Sneaky pete systems are only for a .1 or .2 reduction

can this be used as a last resort thing? i was thinking maybe i can sparingly use this in 3rd gear only to regain the lost time caused by a missed shift or spinning off the line. my 3.4L has no top end. i so hate that Stang that paced me @ the end in the 2nd round last Saturday. i'm afraid anything bigger might make me break out.

You could use it in that fashion but how often do you bracket race?
You could get the nos kit 5175 and just put a really small jet in.
That way you have the potential for a big shot and you have a 10 lb bottle

this is going to be a banner year for me and Onix at bracket racing. :D :D i'll try to be there at most major events and TM's.

i'll be looking for the NOS kit 5175. it'll be my ultimate equalizer. would a 50 shot be good for what i plan to do? or 30? would it be ok to spray with the ADS module?

ads module, what is that?
As for the shot level, well trial and error.
20 shot, 25 shot, 30 shot.
Try these out at the track and see what shot level would give you a consistent .1 or .2 reduction

it's like the jet chip stage 1.5 :D :D so it's advancing timing which is probably a no no with N2O.

Ditch it for juice runs
