any idea's on were to mount it?

i have a small silver toggle switch and a red arming light to mount.

i don't know if i should hide all switches and just make the red light in the open or put all in the open.

If you want to hide the switches radio shack has some very small toggle switches that will fit inside the bottom of the ashtray. I'd highly suggest being able to see the arming light. There is room in the a-pillar gauge pod for a few small lights. It would be eye level and quick to see if the system is armed.
