How hard is it to install pacesetter headers?
How much HP will i gain?
Will it make my Magnaflow Cat Back Sound better?
What Coating is it best to go with?

Now that i have asked all my questions please let me know!!!! Thanks guys,

not that hard...three hours, five tops.
    you will feel it
it may actually make it more raspy
i have the non coated black painted ones, and they still work, with no rust whatsoever.

        Re: Installing Pacesetter Headers!

        Doubtful.

Just make sure you soak the manifold bolts with pb blaster for a couple days before you do them. warm the engine up a little bit but not too hot when you get ready to do it. that way the bolts will come out and wont break off.

i had them installed last year , the ceramic coated ones, i'm not sure of the horsepower gain but i noticed more low end torque , and with a high flow cat and my magnaflow catback its sounds great

Here is a link to 97rs4life's write up. It should help you out wit the install.
How much HP will i gain?
It really all depends, you may not get that much but its a supporting mod you must have before any big power adders.
Will it make my Magnaflow Cat Back Sound better?
mine had a deeper exhaust note at idle and less rasp with headers highflow and flowmaster muffler.
What Coating is it best to go with?
This depends, if your into shiny things go with ceramic. If cheeper is more important than shiny just get black.

If your uncomfortable welding, just install the headers and take the rest to an exhaust shop. It was $70 to install my Y pipe and cat. (which i thought was a bit high)
