  • HI Flow Cat

I Have A 2002 V6 Camaro and I have a Magnaflow CATBACK and I'm getting Pace headers installed in a few weeks. Would I notice a difference if I also installed a HiFlow catalytic converter or is just a waste. Thanks-

x2 you might as well make a new s-pipe also.

If you keep your stock cat and s-pipe then you've created a bottleneck in your exhaust.

Yup your compression from the exhaust will not flow correctly if you still have the stock cat. I've heard either Catco or Magnaflow cats are good. I suggest getting one, it has helped opened my exhaust pretty well.

Like people have said, you'd need to upgrade the diameters of your stock cat and s-pipe or the catback would really be a waste.
