I got the exact same intake...you notice any performance increase?
I noticed a slight increase. The biggest increase was in the sound of the intake. It has a loud woosh sound even while idle. Seems like while the engine is cold the intake is VERY loud. Kinda caught me by surprise when I started the car after I installed it.
They're supposed to be louder, because you got rid of the silencer, and metal carries the sound more. My Moroso intake does the same thing; my friend swore I had a S/C when I first put it on because it was much louder.

I expected it to be louder, but it is much louder than I expected. I had a CAI from the same company in my previous car, a 99 Grand Am, and it wasn't nearly as loud.
