So I didn't quite delete it but it blocked it using some aluminum plates that I cut out. I've noticed slight power gains, but it did originally throw a code. Surprisingly enough the code just deleted itself after driving for about 30 minutes or so.

ok so after driving for a couple days with it blocked I decided that I really couldn't feel any gain and the ses light was pissin me off so I unblocked it.

Placebo - glad you figured it out. Remember to run premium until you get a tune.

i've got a 93 3.4, i had a bolt snap off in the egr to header connection so i was thinking of just blocking it off. I have no way of tuning out the code, but i always run premium, do you think i should get some block off plates and just delete the whole EGR?
