so the o2's go bad? cuz i had one throw a code not too long ago, but i replaced the o2 and everything was fine.. so i'm guessing my cat is still ok?
O2s don't go bad when cat does. The one downstream of the cat sends a signal to the PCM saying the cat is bad. Depending on where it's hooked up, O2 sensor will have different function.
