egr part number?

ok, i need the hose that connects the valve to the headers... i was told that gmpartsdirect is the best way to go, but i cant find it on there... does anyone know where it is?

Go to your local dealer and have them order one for you. Unfortunatly you have to buy the whole EGR mounting plate to get the tube your needing. I don't remember the price, but too much IMHO.

yea you can't get just the hose, need to buy the whole assembly. Best to find a used one or just delete it all together as a new one will be expensive

i called the dealer, and they said $53 for the tube i explained.

my problem with buying used is that apparently the tube gets crunched in when you first install it. a used one would already be "crunched".

my problem with deleting it is that i dont have anyone in the area to tune it. the only guy who used to do it is now working for hptuners and isnt allowed to tune individually. i just dont have the time to learn how to use hptuners. i need it to pass inspection by the end of the month.

haha, yeah. i went and talked to people at a few different shops, and this is what we decided on. its pretty much the best fix when it comes down to it!
