This should be my last question regarding the swap. I have some tubulars as well as a compatible y-pipe. I will be installing these first saturday of next month at my local car clubs next mod day and i want to make sure i'm prepared. I've got the new manifold gaskets, and i've port/polished my new manifolds to get the most out of them and shined up the heatshields so it should look nice.

question is, will I need any new bolts? (assuming none of them break upon removal) I mean, do all the bolts work from the logs to the tubes? it may be wise to get new bolts anyway, in which case i need to know what size to pick up.

    TIA!

Why? Becuase ~$50 is a lot more appealing number than ~$350.

      anybody know?

          Re: Tubular manifolds

I know everyone is going to tell me to get headers, but I already have the stuff for the swap, and between the design change from logs and the port/polish, I should get my money's worth of gains.

I know a couple people have done it..did you guys need any bolts or anything?
