ok. pacesetters are like 330+shipping if i remember correctly.

EGR is what takes exhaust out of your manifolds and puts it back into the intake to be burned again. some people block off the manifold side, and put a filter on the intake side so its sucking in fresh air, but this air is hot. so other people block off both sides, so the only air going into the intake is fresh, cold air.
