Is it possible to switch out an angled 98 Intake Manifold for a straight 99-02 Manifold?

I think that the 98+ electronic TB has a different opening than the pre 97 angled TB. If the opening is different, the swap wouldn't work unless you did some SERIOUS (professional) fabrication to the intake. I don't know if there are any other differences though since I don't have a 98+ to compare it to.sigpic -
