how long does it take to install your upper intake manifold and how long for the lower manifold?

at home, maybe around 4-5hours with hands tools but the thing is, once you get everything out of the way, everything is pretty straight forward. I would say it only takes like 30min-1hr for the lower intake if you take your time.

ok how long to change out your cylinder heads? and da** abbot got that Hp from just that too bad they didn't say what stage of heads i'm thinking of going with what they did for that HP.

for heads, add another couple hours for removal and installation.

yeah, that sounds about right. honestly, though, i would make sure you have atleast twice that amount of time set aside just in case something takes awhile.
