Throttle Body Bypass

Can someone tell me what exactly this is. I saw a couple for like $60 on E-Bay. I think it read that it adds 6rwhp and 8 at the converter. Can someone enlighten me on what this is..

It's nothing more than a couple of hoses and clamps. At any auto parts store, you should only pay $3.00 bucks or so on that.

OH... and NO, it's not worth that much HP to the wheels. This is an ongoing debate on if it's worth doing or not.
