2.25" w/Cat --> 2.5" No Cat, Sound Change?

I currently have a Flowmaster 80 Series with a Hi-Flow Cat, I'm dropping the cat and changing to 2.5" pipe all the way, how much sound difference should I expect? (Cutout replacing cat's original location)
