If you mean the radiator shroud, no I did not remove it. The silencer assembly for the stock airbox is completely removed as you can see in the picture, and it is a tight fit with the radiator shroud attached, but it definately does fit. I wouldn't market a kit where you had to ghetto-ize the car to make it work :D
