My catalytic is rattleling, I think is time to replace it for a better one. When my car had less than 50K miles the stock catalytic started rattleling, so the dealer replaced it for another stock one for free (warranty) Now with 67K miles it is happening the same. Is it normal for a catalytic to be replaced after 27K or 30K miles?
What catalytic gives more airflow?
What about the Dynatech Powercat that according with the add http://www.rpmoutlet.com/powercat.htm
flows up to 54%? Is it to noisy? legal for Texas?

good chance they won't let you do it since you have exhaust... but you could always try.
I believe the warranty is 7yr 70k or 8 yr 80k but it may be void if you mod your exhaust.
