    2.50" mandrel bent I pipe-Please help!

    I got my Catco, now I need an I-pipe. After reading another post on this board, I went to racesearch.com and found a Dynomax 2.50 i-pipe for around 67 dollars. It's supposed to be a replacement for 93-95 single cat. z28. Will this work on my 98? I don't mind if I have to change hanger placement or anything. If this doesn't fit, doesn't anyone know where I can buy a 2.50" mandrel-bent I-pipe. I already know that I can hunt down a 3" mandrel-bent one from Dynomax. All the shops in my area claim that they can't bend anything above 2.50" and they won't have mandrel bends. One shop says that they can get me a 2.75" mandrel-bent pipe for 169 dollars. :rolleyes: Whatever. Please help.

      That Dynomax i-pipe is the one that I am running with...I am almost positive that it WILL fit.

        Thanks, Josh. Yeah, I read your post on cz28.com I'm gonna go ahead and order it. Tell me. Did it come with the S-pipe too. If not, I'm gonna go ahead and order a couple of 90* bends from JC Whitney.

              The dynomax I pipe for the 93-95 models comes in TWO pieces. Part numbers are:42273 and 45593. You HAVE to get both pieces. It DOES NOT have the S pipe. A-1performance has a diagram of it.

                  93-97 and 98+ exhaust systems also have different hangers. You can't use the early pipes without changing the hangers.
