IDK what the hell my sound is either. I thought it was the fuel pump, but I found if I just deaden the rear trunk area it goes away.
I bet its a leak. A pinhole will cause a small whisle like that. Your pushing air out and its going through a small hole its gonna make a whisle sound take it to exhaust shop and have it Welded on there

the exhaust shop did it and everything is welded!! this will be interesting because it goes as follows:

start your car, go run your hands around the sides of the pipe, and around the connection of the pipes to the muffler. if you can feel air anywhere you have a leak. also check the connections around the cat. just do it everywhere, or look for black (soot), normally signs of a leak.
