• Borla...

Since day one I've loved the Borla system's looks...just not the $$$. Well...since I can't decide between Flowmaster/Dynomax and not enough info with Spintech...I might just go with the Borla catback.

Anyways, it comes with four plates to adjust the sound...what exactly do you have to do, I'm not quite sure how it works.

    Thanks guys!

yeah i'm confused about how to work the "plates" as well, I'm getting one once I come up with the $crill

okay mabye I can help. I too love the Borla looks with quad dual exhaust on a bird or camaro you can't lose. The plates are basically a way to let as much exhasut go through the muffler as you want the other exhasut goes straight out kinda like straight pipes. This lets you adjust the sound level and performance of your exhaust. Just my 2 cents but I don't know if I exactly like it. It means that each tip would sound difrent fromteh other, and if you choose to use the fully open plate it would be cheaper to get a custom straight pipe with borla tips. I wonder how that wouls sound. well thats all hope I helped

I run a custom Borla setup and I like it but I am taking my cat off because it is not deep enough for me with the factory cat on it.

I just ordered my Borla (V8 size), and my CIA headers and y-pipe.

Now, where to get the catco converter...?

I hope all this stuff gets here at about the same time.
