  • Flows + cutout?

I just got some flows (80 series) for my car, haven't put them on yet though. I'm wondering if putting a cutout along with the flows would sound good? I've already heard one opinion that it wont, but I'd like others, better yet if anyones actually done it. Lemme know how it'd sound.

a couple people hear have done it and some say it hurts performance some also say it sounds horrible some like it though. I personally dont have a cutout so i wouldnt know if it would sound bad for sure, i just know what ive read on here that it hurts performance and sounds bad.
