  • TB Bypass Worth It?

Quick question, probably a quick answer, but is the TB Bypass worth it? Will it give me a noticeable gain?

    Thanks ...

My brother bought one of these and all it is is a 5/16 (Im pretty sure its 5/16) brass coupler to connect the entrance hose and exit hose together. This keeps the throttle body cooler since hot antifreeze isn't running through it. You can pick one of these up at any local autoparts store for a couple bucks and no I doubt you will see any gain.

jsut go to the store, they will have a inline hose repair kit, small little brass coupling, cut hte lines off oyur TB, and splice them in, and put some little screw clamps on. Costs $2 total.

Gains? no, but everyday driving, and sitting at lights you fell a little more response. kinda like your car when you first start it up after it cooled doewn and drive it.

Best way to describe it is its like driving at night as opposed to the daytime.

I liked it, for what it cost i thin its worth it. I mean I live in Florida, I doubt I will have any problme swith ice crystals forming in my TB.
