  • Header installation ?'s

I have a question about header installation. I was wondering where the best place to go would be? I don't have a garage & don't have the time to do it myself. What sort of cost would I be looking at as well? And would it be better if I waited & got my cat-back & catco cat installed all at the same time? Thanks Guys

Then don't do them, it's going to cost an arm and a leg to have them done, totally not worth the gains.
it'll probably be like $300 for the headers and another 100 for the cat back, so 400 in labor, that only take about a weekend worth of work at a friends house.

Hey Kaygee i took mine to my local mechic he was the only one willing to help me tackle it granted i cam in on nights and did help but no exhaust shops around here wanted to touch the job it really pissed me off same with my exhaust prejudice bastards i really hate livin in the middle of no where land So that would be my best suggestion see if your trusted mechanic can do them for ya i have the CIA ones and the only major prob other then the manifolds comeing off what praying that we didn;t brake the a/c line on the passenger side cause it had to be bend significantly on my 96 to get it on and on the drivers side we fought the dipstick alittle but not bad at all otherwise the S bend area was the pain in the @$$ but good luck

I got a picture up for what this looks like on the '98. The 2 lines used to run side by side. Just so you know what to expect.
