• Next Mod?!?!?!

I have a 99 5spd 3.8L camaro and I was wondering what mods I should do next. I have Flowmasters 40 seris, Super Sucker Ram Air kit and a whisper air lid. What should I do next? I would like to keep it under or a round $600 dollars. I was thinking headers, a new comp. chip, or mabe even NOS. Which one should I go with first. And which has a better "bang for the buck"?

    Thanks

Nitrous is easily the best bang for the buck...but I'd go with headers.

headers, open up your exhaust so when you get your next upgrade (either the chip or the NOS) it will give you a lot more gains.

I would suggest saving nitrous for the end of the road, when all of the rest of the stuff is finished.

          My suggestion would be headers.

                  Thanks.
I think I will go with the headers then. Now the next question; which headers should I go with?

                  thank you

CIA's are the most expensive and the highest quality.

Pacesetters are good quality and the cheapest.

RKSport are decent, but have problems with the flanges, and usually have to be welded to the Y-pipe, not good if you eventually plan on going to true duals, and want to keep your headers..

Why d*** around with spending your money on headers or something else that will give you minimal performance. I wish I would have bought n02 along time ago instead of buying little by little and spending a bunch of money only to gain .5 seconds in the 1/4. Best bang for your buck def. no2. Thats what I would do. As long as you know what your doing of course.

...you can't use n02 all the time everywhere you drive, you'll get more performance out of n02 later on after you get some mods.

and i dont think you should run n02 with that chip (only if it advances timing, otherwise its fine).

                            your choice man, your car
