They are free in that you can do it yourself. It really only costs a few bucks picking up the necessary parts at the hardware store. look in the Tech section.

Bottom line, don't buy it from Ebay if your thinking about it.

TB bypass, only cost me $1, i bought a inline hose splicing thing, cut both hoses going into the throttle body, then linked them. and clamped them ot be safe. It helps slightly but barely noticeable. My way is probable easier then that guys. Its hard getting those two hoses off that why I jsut cut them .

The othert one I think is the IAT mod. To do that is going to cost you about $0.07. And a piece of duct tape. Take IAT sensor off, put resistor in 2 prongs, tape it up and reset pcm, I noticded a little gain at times and a little loss at times, I think its a wierd mod, i would not keep it for everyday use, It hurt my gas mileage.

those dyno numbers are BS. he could have coped those pics off a website that sold mufflers or something.

You could do both for less then $5 including gas to get to both Radio Shack and Discount Auto. The IAT I think you need a 7 ohm resistor. Check tech area to make sure though.
