Cutouts don't exactly sound "good", they're loud (depending on where you put it) and when you want the power you open it and when you don't you close it.

i started out w/ just a flowmaster rear section on my car. it wasn't very loud until i added a high flow cat and 2.75'' piping, then the car woke up. after about 5 years w/ the flowmaster, i ditched it and got the rumbler. it's not as loud as the loudmouth, but it's definitely louder than a flowmaster.
also, tips do make a difference. i originally had 3.5'' tips on my car then switched to 3'' fast toys quad tips. the exhaust got quieter and didn't have that "hallow" sound to it. your brothers tips will probably make it louder if you want to put those on.94 Firebird - Red A4<br /> <a href=\"http://members.cardomain.com/predatorbird\" target=\"_blank\">http://members.cardomain.com/predatorbird</a>Comment
