    who can give me some detailed instructions on raising my air box. i'm new to the 98+ 'bird world and was just wondering. [img]graemlins/dunce.gif[/img]

    All you need to do is get about 3 washers for each of the 4 screws holding down the air box. After unscrewing the airbox, place the washers above each of the 4 holes then put the air box assembly over the washers, and finally screw it back down.

        Not too simple for me, I tried this mod today and the 2nd bolt from the left of the airbox is stripped somehow, it just won't come out. :mad: Damn, am I pissed

          Instead of using washers, you might want to use Fuel line hose to raise it up. [img]smile.gif[/img]

              Yep - you're welcome to have a kit with instructions from me [img]smile.gif[/img] .

              And it happens to come with new bolts so if you stripped one of your stock ones this will fix you right up.
