  • TB Bypass issues...please help

I am trying to do the TB bypass.

    There is just one problem...

the hoses will NOT come off!!! Yes, I took the clamps off. Even without the clamps, the hoses will not come off!!!

The motor is cold...should I drive around, then attempt to do this?

I've removed those hoses when I did the head swap, you're just going to have to cut them off of the tb. Then go and pick up some new hose from a parts store.

Try twisting the hose to break the seal, they also sell hose pliers to do this, makes it easy.
I have used channel locks and a rag before with success.
