  • Which Exhaust??

What would be the best exhaust to put in a 96' Camaro RS?

Loud: Flowmaster or Edelbrock catback, and/or a cutout

Quieter: Dynomax, maybe Spintech (never heard it in real life though so dunno)

Also get a hi-flow cat. If you can afford expensive exhaust, try B&B or GMMG.

As for the cutout, if you like loud, it's terrific. It's really deep and really loud, and sounds sweet *** ! Plus a cutout is only $30, can't beat that.

            hey,
i say u gotta go borla, i have the adj. catback system, i mean you can adjust the flow/sound, and its loud as hell, i just got pulled over by a MI state trooper last week and he said that my exhaust was the loudest he's ever heard that actually had a muffler, he thought i didnt, thats why he pulled me over, he even got down on his knees and looked under the car to make sure, i was so tempted to mash the throttle and blow his eardrums... just kiddin, he was a nice guy, he had never heard of borla though, i thought that was wierd, but anyways, i paid $600 inc. installation 4 mine, i guess borla comes with some prestige too, so take that 4 what its worth.
