Possible ram air for 93-95?

I was looking for a setup to do cooling ducts on brake rotors, I seem to be very hard on them the way I drive.

anyways, I found a setup for brake cooling ducts that looks like it could be converted intoe a ram air setup, might be kinda crazy plumbing, but it runs air form the foglight holes to the brakes, it could be easily convertd jsut to turn straight up to you intake.

I've seen something like that done to a 3rd gen Camaro with the foglight holes. It was routed up like a ram air system, and fed into the TPI intake.
