Gearing and computer question.

As most of you know, im 97% complete on my auto to manual conversion. And i had someone flash my comp. Now, he flashed it for a 5 speed, and i had the auto with 3.42's. Now im gonna have a manual with 3.42's...will this cause a spedo prob? and also, i gave the guy my vin number, so he knew what options i had. did the 2000 5spd come with a 3.42 at all? if not, then will i have that speedo prob? thanks. And i nkow if i do have the prob it wont be very off, just enough to piss me off, lol. thanks.

The 5spd cars come with 3.23's. The A4 cars come with 3.42's (at least the newer ones do).
