What size is the I-pipe on the Borla catback for the 3.8L. I want to get a high flow cat and need to know what size connects to the Borla. Also what brands do you recommend with borla and later on headers?

I called Borla when I was ordering mine. Their site has a phone number listed. Seems like they said the v6 was 2.5, but you should probably doublecheck with them. They did confirm for me that the only difference going to the v8 system was the 3" diameter, all the hangers, etc were the same. And I ended up getting the 3".
